Much fanfare about NASA calling 2014 the hottest year on record. Too bad they omitted the science. What did they measure? surface thermometers - the temperature of carparks and airports How much hotter was it? 0.02 degrees hotter than in 2010, measured with an accuracy of +- 0.1 degrees. So its technically a record, though by an immeasurable amount. What does this record prove? It confirms that the global warming computer models are still broken because they fail to predict or explain the now 17 year pause in global warming.
