Muhammad Junaid Khan S/o Muhammad Zahir Khan Grandson of Raza Khan (popularly known as Rosham Raza) Darya Khel sub tribe of Yousufzai, belongs to Mathra Village Dagai Tehsil & District Swabi. Brother Tahir Khan BBA from IMS Peshawar and a sister married to cousin in Dagai. Played from New Star Cricket Club Dagai and then Pukhtoonkhwa Cricket Club owned by Amir Nawab Khan. After Abbottabad became region he was selected due to his outstanding performance in DCA and then twice topped domestic cricket in Pakistan from Abbottabad Region and Iqbal Qasim selected him along with Muhammad Amir in PCB Talent Hunt program for National Cricket Academy and then he never looked back…. Recently a photograph on social media is circulating where he has been shown as a Mat Seller. This shop is of Meraj Nabi aka Ameer saib of Gadoon bazar as he is sponsor and supporter of Cricket in Gadoon Swabi area and a close friend of Junaid Khan. Junaid father Muhammad Zahir Khan is not a rich and well off man but he is a proud pathan of his village and holds enough area of land for cultivation which fulfill their family needs. Amir Nawab Khan is PCB Governing Board Member and Abbottabad Region President and under his guidance along with Coaching from Khaista Gul (Owner of New star cricket Club and now Head of Junaid Khan Cricket Academy) Junaid Khan is now part of Pakistan cricket team. He has been selected in Pakistan Cricket Team on his outstanding domestic record, no MPA or MNA or any other links of which people are talking about are mere rumors.
