Multigrain Veggie Sandwich Recipe ::::::: Take 3-6 pieces of multigrain bread.Toast it with low fat cheese/butter. Boil potato and mash it. Cut veggies like carrot,cauliflower, capsicum,can use beet root as well.saute with little oil,onion n tomato and curry powder.Add coriander leaves at the end.Then add the mashed potatoes. Cut carrot,cucumber, onion,beet,tomato in rounds. Take one toasted bread.Apply sauce/pudina chutney. Keep the salad items.then one bread.then put the veggie stuffings and cover with another bread.Again toast in sandwich toaster.cut it diagonally.Garnish n enjoy with sauce :) Can use low fat grated cheese/cheese slices in between the bread slices.
