Job description: * Collect & Analyze data on the allotted projects. * Engage with the process owners & Black Belt to draw actionable that will help achieve the project goal. * Setup tollgates to track progress of the projects. * Raise Red Flags to the stakeholders * Identify & Train the Yellow Belts * Identify and ensure implementation of best practices are deployed in the assigned domain * Identify process gaps and engage with the process owners to implement and standardize process steps that will ensure closure of the same. * Interact with the Service Quality team to integrate process changes to applicable standards * Ensure visual display system is effectively deployed on the floor.
