Multitasking in governance system and hierarchy As proposed by the Chief Minister on 19 Jan at Saramsa, the idea of implementing multi-tasking mechanism is indeed need of hour. This is because when any person/public goes to office and he finds that particular officer/staff is absent. Now, greater inconvenience is caused as well as person hailing from far flung area or district cannot afford to come again for specific purpose which is vital. Public can b an employee also who all the way from some remotest place. So, load balancing can be done, in case officer/staff goes on leave then particular task can be assigned to another co-staff.
