Mum question:I was wondering what your and your followers opinions/experiences are on mild tongue tie? My four week old baby has a mild tongue tie, and the doctor has basically left the decision up to me and my husband. She is fully breast fed and gaining plenty of weight (was born 4.3kgs, already 5.5kgs!) but the only thing is she is having a lot of problems with wind. In addition, I have a really fast let-down and she struggles with this. Her attachement is okay, not great, but okay, and although feeding is still a little painful at times, I have no desire to stop anytime soon (I breastfed my last daughter for over 2 years). Just wondering if this will get better on its own, or if clipping her tongue is a better option?
