Muscle Mashed Potatoes INGREDIENTS: 4 large red skinned potatoes, 1/4 cup reduced fat/salt margarine (optional 1/2 cup low fat milk - add more if necessary 1 scoop Lean Whey vanilla protein powder Pinch of salt & pepper DIRECTIONS: Place potatoes in a large pot. Cover with water & boil for 15 minutes or until you can pierce them easily with a fork. Drain water, & then mash the potatoes in the pot. Add butter, milk & protein powder and mix thoroughly.
