Music and The power of memory association, once I heard this on the radio, it was like yesterday….I remember the Pioneer External surface mount speakers in my back window, the under-dash Amplifier, cassette tape player, wires running under the car mats, peeps I ran around with etc.… it was the sound system of the day…lol…playin this song as loud as we could take it while going down the road in my Trans Am etc… Fun memories yup…but far outweighed by the bad memories at the time and got worse as I got older n continued to party, the poor choices I made and how sick I really was(was years later that I began to understand this)….leading to a life of addiction, a painful repeating cycle and emptiness etc…. Way I see it now…memory association is good, key is associate it with good…good things…good choices and that produces good memories…if ya keep doing dirty, ya keep getting dirty…so stop watering the weeds!!....eh, just some thoughts…not sure if this made sense(maybe Im losing it?)….lol… still a jamming song :p
