Music connoisseurs alike, a question for you. This thing they call Deep Ass sorry, Deep House, is basically just a flashback moment of that retro 80s electronic synth sound with sing-along Ket voice vocals, in essence ripping off the whole New Wave and Electro Disco sound of that era, crossed with Garage style chord progressions and skippy beats, right? I think its biggest unsung influence in it heading this route, is possibly the brilliant 2011 movie: Drive. It has certainly slipped away from what is real Deep House, as an underground sound, of late.
