Music for Kumbhaka Prana Yoga If you have one and half hour of your time for meditation, I am highly recommending to lay, or sit down, put your headphones on and press the play button. When the music starts, begin to breathe deeply in and out, in and out, without stopping at the end of inhalation, or the end of exhalation, feel the pranic energy entering your spiritual heart, and radiates through all your Nadis sistem (subtle energy channels), delivering light and vitality to the every particle of your body. Breathe without stopping in and out, till you start feelling lightheaded. Then, breathe in, totally relax your body and enter into Kumbhaka (retention of breath). Cherish this magical moment of entering into Kumbhaka. This moment filled with infinite possibilitys. Bring all your Trust to the Direct Experience of Words of Truth: I am Brahman, I am timeless, spaceless, Supreme Intelligence and Energy, transcending the illusion of perceptions of world appearance. After 10-15 seconds of being in Kumbhaka, resume your deep breathing till you reach the point of a new plato filled with high vibrations of Prana ( life force). Follow your intuition and spontaneity. There is much more to say of course, but even, with this simple instruction, you can discover for yourself the power of your Prana, and you will start to know your Prana more and more as the Energy and Intelligence of the Absolute - Supreme Shakti.
