Musings: #Talkingcomplicatedinterrelations. James 3:16 KJV For where envying and strife is , there is confusion and every evil work. Proverbs 29:22 KJV An angry man stirreth up strife, and a furious man aboundeth in transgression. You cant be everyones best friend and this is why: Some people are hurt and are hurting and they need to be loved from a distance, helped from a distance and interacted with from a distance because drawing them closer only hurts. Some situations we find ourselves in are so delicate, so intertwined with invisible cobwebs and roots so deep, so wide that we may get entangled in unknowingly. We become victims of what we know not the root cause. As a result, their actions grieve your soul, strain you, make you emotionally the person you never was, they stretch and test you and never even notice it. I have learned that some people and situations sometimes need to be left alone, walked away from if we are to find peace because: Proverbs 22:10 KJV Cast out the scorner, and contention shall go out; yea, strife and reproach shall cease. Proverbs 29:27 KJV An unjust man is an abomination to the just: and he that is upright in the way is abomination to the wicked. Because if we dont, they not only grieve our physical bodies but our soul. Such people cause us to sin and we need to cut ourselves off from them, allow them to heal and love them from a distance for our own sake and theirs. How can you ways please God if someone is causing you to act otherwise? Our failure to tame bad relations makes our ways unpleasant and we then have no peace...see what Gods Word says, Proverbs 16:7 KJV When a mans ways please the Lord , he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him. Proverbs 20:3 KJV It is an honour for a man to cease from strife: but every fool will be meddling. The struggle continues. Be blessed. ~Anewa~
