Mutt Militia we need your positive energy and prayers for our little girl Poppy. Poppy was found, approximately 15 miles away from civilization, utterly alone. No mom, no other pups...this 4-6 month puppy was battling nature. We dont know where her wounds came from, we dont know how long she was out there, all we know is this little sweet girl is a fighter and giving it her all to stay in this world. Touching her revealed every crevasse in her spine, between her shoulders and hips. Despite being in such a weak state she is extremely loving and attempts to lift her head of the bed to kiss you. Poppys lower jaw seems underdeveloped which gives her face a sharp point at the tip. It doesnt seem to slow her down at all but does make for a unique smile. We know that she is not giving up on life so we e are not giving up on her. Keep her in your thoughts and we will keep you updated on her progress. - Jackie
