Mutton Dum Biryani. Ingredients 2 kg mutton 200 gm fried onion 600 gm curd 100 gm red chilly paste 125 gm garlic ginger paste 25 gm raw papaya paste 20 gm green chills paste 2tbs red chilly powder 2tbs garam masala powder 1/2 or 3/4 cup oil Khada masala 1tsp Turmeric powder mix with mutton and marinate for 1/2 hour Rice Take 1 kg basmati rice and boil with salt, green cardamom, clove, tej patta, cinnamon stick, black pepper, mint leaves. Boil till 55% rice cook than discard water keep a side. Now marinated mutton cook till full tender. Now in same vessels.. Layered full rice, now garnish with mint leave, fry cashew nut, fry brown onion, saffron milk, boil egg spread 2tbs butter or pure ghee, spinkal, rose or kewda watet, sprinkle garam masala. And cover with lid and again give dum medium flame, after 15 minute keep on slow flame, Now dum biryani ready.
