Muzaffarabad, Sep 17:Prime Minister of Pakistan administered Kashmir (PaK) Abdul Majeedalong with Jammat-e-IslamiPaK chief Abdur Rashid Turabi and All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) PaK Chapter leaders have offered more than Rs10 billion developmental budget of PaK for the rehabilitation of the flood victims of Jammu and Kashmir. Addressing anews conference here, the PaK premier said the situation in Jammu and Kashmir, which was hit by the flashfloods was adverse and on this hard time PaKwanted to send relief to Kashmir and other flood-hit areas of Jammu. “India is discriminating in the distribution of relief to hoodwink the world. Rescuing non-locals Hindus while ignoring the stranded Kashmiri Muslims, who are without food and clean drinking water for the last one week, is the worst kind of human rights violation,” PaK Prime Minister said. The PaK premier said people of Kashmir do not need any aid if India throws open Line of Control for the passage of relief goods. While sharing details of the damage and destruction of Jammu and Kashmir caused by flood, the PaK Prime Minister said more than 20 lakh people were affected by this natural calamity and near one million Kashmiris were homeless. He said the damage in Kashmir is more than 2005 earthquake and on this occasion PaKdemanded the world community and the government of Pakistan to help us sendrelief goods to Srinagar
