My 15yr old daughter is on a mission!! She has locked into the sport of crossfit and is obsessed!...and i am happy for her to revolve her life around the benefits of what this sport delivers. My kids have always been involved with activity....however many kids give up sport when they leave school and get jobs.....just like mum and dad...hmmm now thats something to think about! Meg just nailed a 40kg Snatch yesterday...big PB for her!
