My 1st time doing this;)..I got a #10 in my messages today from darlin Deanne..10 things you might not know about me..here goes.. 1. When the Beatles debuted on the Ed Sullivan show(early 60s) I was holding my sister, Shawna in my arms. I got so excited(they sang I want to hold your hand) I dropped my little sis on her head. I got in lots of trouble but she was/is okay..sorry Shawna!;) 2. I started rollerskating at 2 years old..I remember dreaming about rollerskating constantly..I have a pic of me in diapers & rollerskating. 3. I have really bad knees from all of my skateboard/rollerskating accidents;) 4. I pitched for 3 years on school & church softball teams..an advantage to being lefthanded. 5. I have spent the last 58 years training my brain to live in a right handed world..I turn my mouse upside down to operate..I play the guitar upside down too..learned this from Jimi Hendrix;) 6. I ran into Robert Redford when I was 16 with my friend Sheri Nisson when we were at Lake Powell on a family boating trip. Sheri & I drove our boat to the Rainbow Bridge floating dock to get gas & an ice-cream. As we got off the boat, Sheri said look, theres Robert Redford! There was all of 5 people on this wayout dock..I was maybe 5 ft from him & said no way, thats not him..hes way too short! I was wrong..it was Robert Redford glaring back at me in his big bug sunglasses & speedo bathing suit..haha!speedos were legal then;) 7. As early as 4yrs old I would sneak to watch gospel singers on our tv when we lived in L.A. area..I secretly wanted to be a Black gospel singer/holyroller. 8. My first visit to Disneyland was when I was 2 yrs old..I have been to Disneyland atleast 200 times.. I can tell you where every restroom is in Disneyland;) 9. I ran away from home when I was approx 7 years old because my Mom made homemade pea soup..it was the only choice I had in my brain..boy, did I get in BIG trouble..again;) 10. I have an addiction to fritos corn chips that somehow Ive passed on to my son..sorry Jacob! I had many dreams(when I was growing up) of being locked up in the grocery store & consuming every frito bag in sight.:)
