{My 2 Cents...} My take away from Tony Horton and I so hope he reads this, cause its my philosophy exactly. How serious are you about your health and fitness?!? Be totally honest to yourself. Are you making excuses.. not enough time? Work too much? Too tired? Not enough space? Husband/wife not supportive? Tony Horton talked about how he went to a veterans hospital and met men with legs and arms lost in the war .... and what did they say to Tony... Dont worry, Ill be back at it It wasnt stopping them. We have all our arms and legs for goodness sake!!!!!!!!! Why do we continue to make excuses and putting our health to the side. Do you realize how important it is?!? Here we are making excuses as to why we cant spend 20 minutes a day doing some sort of exercise when there are men and women with extremities lost that say, Ive got this!! I am a no excuses type of person (My coach even coined me Amanda No Excuses Cheasty) so it makes my heart ache when I see people put something so important as a last priority. We have only ONE body in this ONE life!! Throw away all those excuses and make it happen!! Thats as real as it gets... you are the only one standing in your way to success!
