My 2 bobs on 30 day AB challenges- They suck... like really, theyre not helpful, theyre destructive... Overworking the small structural muscles that are designed TO SUPPORT YOUR SPINE... Which Ill tell ya (you heard It here first) are kindve a big deal... AAAAND- sorry, but you wont get a flat belly... At least not from the crunches anyway, its the lack of McDonalds that the being a part of a challenge with your friends inspires, that helps flatten your belly... Squat challenge? Whatever, Im not fussed, squats rock, we dont squat enough, if youre otherwise well- go for it. Pushup challenges? Half, half... I did too many pushups (well- with great form and function) said no-one ever... Done badly- same issues as the AB challenge- add in a rotator cuff strain and a worsening of most peoples already internally rotated posture... And you have yourself the Humpback of Notre Dame... Wanna make real change? Do the 1 month Lifestyle Startup, or go for a walk
