My 2 hour ordeal with Comcast phone reps this morning: Ms Bolton I understand where you are coming from and I am going to transfer you to siberia where they can help you Ms Bolton I hear what you are saying today and want you to know that Comcast cares how you feel that is why I am transferring you to germany Ms Bolton if you let me get a word in than I can explain to you to the procedure in which you wish to have your service restored if you can bear with me one moment Ms Bolton I am going to transfer you to the repair department Ms Bolton we at Comcast Ms Bolton this is the sales department Ms Bolton I cant take your payment Ms Kimberly but will be happy to transfer you to our Pakistan office where the engineers can trouble shoot the problem for you Ms Bolton Ms Kimberly please let me finish what I was trying to say Ms Bolton you say your internet is not working Ms Kimberly what do you mean your internet is free where you live how is it free Ms Bolton I cant talk over you let me put you on hold Ms Kimberly I can take your payment and your service should be back on momentarily is there anything else I can assist you with today.
