My 3 day refresh was interrupted by yet another round of the stomach flu. BUT, I lost 4.4 lbs of crap and bloat in the first day. I was feeling much better until this hit. I also havent been able to keep up with the #5amMisFits and Im backing down ladies. Ive been sick on and off for over a month and need to get healthy first. My body is fighting back again and I gotta listen. Im gonna start by trying out some adrenal support and doing more research on why my body likes to send out the troops every time I try to be productive.
