My 3 positive things for today were 1 === I said yes with out feeling annoyed to John staying of school since it was the last day and let him go for breakfast to MacDonalds with Robert ,2 ==== when I went for my breakfast my last day of freedom for 6 weeks with out children with Catherine Macdonald they had finished and ended up hanging around me agrrr I was getting angry but I managed to hold my temper in and smiled at him instead of growling at him for hanging around me when I wanted to be on my own 3 ==== after work I went straight out to Ballachulish to grannys and went for a nice walk around the garden centre and the Isles of Glen Coe swing park with Catherine and the kids instead of Clonking out on the sofa, I can say iv kept quite calm today and had a lovely day xx
