My 6 daughter has always had a red rash with bumpy rough spots on her cheeks and back of upper arms nothing has ever helped make it go away of get better she had it for near 5 years and I have only just discovered it is Keratosis Pilaris and hoping now I know what it us to find some remedies or products help clear it a little ... Please can anyone recommend any remedies or products to help or tell me what has worked for them? Also heard coconut oil works well anyone had any success with this? One more question can any foods or dairy foods cause it to worsen ? When she was a baby we stopped all dairy but it didnt seem make a difference.
