My Activprayer for today was for Steve Merrill per the request of Courtney Moorman Tobin. Steve has been battling cancer for 30 years. He is entering his 6th fight currently. The man is a champion and continues to run and exercise even though he is going through treatment. Intention: Perseverance once again for Steve Merrill and his whole family. Action: 3 mile run followed up by 10 sets of 10 pull-ups and 20 push-ups at my favorite outdoor gym.(Had my home team with me too!) Steve, I celebrate you today brother. Your determination and will to fight is one of the most unique occurrences I have ever heard of to this day. The simple fact that you absolutely refuse to let cancer define you is remarkable. Your spirit is amazing and if I could give you a bear hug right now, I would make it extremely awkward my man!
