My Birthday Story...Sooo..I took the day off to spend with my mother at Union Hospital. Before arriving, I decided to go to McDonalds to support my addiction...a diet coke! Anyway, I stopped at a red light near ISU..a young male college student stepped out in front of my car and flipped me the BIRD!!..ON MY BIRTHDAY!! Ugh..Sooo..my first thought was to jump out and punch him...like i would 30 yrs. ago..but at my age, I thought, I might get hurt..another thought..working at SVMS for 30 years has taught me not to attack a Bully!!..when I rolled my window down and he got a good look.., he soon realized, I was not his 21 year old college friend he was messing with..he was very sympathetic as I took the compliment and drove away..ha ha!!.realizing today was going to be a great day...and it was..my mom is coming home this week!!! :)
