My CWG in photos and a few words! Well finally home, and OMG what an amazing Commonwealth Games it has been. So proud and honoured to have coached Frankie Jones Laura Halford Nikara Abbie, they could not have trained any harder, (they had setbacks) but they put every ounce of effort into the preparation and this is the reward. From Frankie carrying the flag, the Team Winning Silver, individual all around silver for Frankie, bronze laura, and 5 more medals at apparatus finals including gold for Frankie, it was just unbelievable. And to top it off Frankie ends her career winning the David Dixon Award. The amazingness just didnt stop. Never in my wildest dreams I could not have predicted this, and I still think Im going to wake up and it will be July 24th and the nerves will start all over again. #TeamWales #WelshGymnastics
