****(My Complex Love Story)**** – Episode 90 *Final Episode* **Game Over** It took my time and remembered all Chidinma had done to me, my heart was already stony, or so it felt. ‘oh! really? So what does that have to do with me?” I asked curiously since I had already grown to hate both her and Urch over night. ‘Michael, I heard about what happened yesterday, Urch had told us all, but its Chidinma we are talking about here’ she replied. ‘Sandra, It’s over between Chidinma and I, I can’t stay in the same house with Urch anymore so I’ll come later in the day to pick my stuffs. I wish her a slow recovery because it serves her right!” I yelled and hung up; I was so heart broken and not ready to take chances again. Sandra called back but I didn’t pick, then Tayo called but I already knew what he too wanted to say so I didn’t bother picking the call and then even Urch had the liver to call me too, at that point I switched off my phone and went to freshen up. *** I stood at the front of my lodge later on that, staring at it and not quite sure if I wanted to enter. I planned on just taking all my belongings and move out to Wizzy place, since I had called him and told him I need a place to squat for a while, he accepted. After much thinking, I walked into the house and I met a full house with every important person there, even the Chidinma ‘they’ said had an accident was in the sitting room. As soon as Sandra saw me she ran to me and gave me a warm hug, I let her hug me and after looking at all of them I said nothing and went straight to the room to pack my things. Sandra followed me, she tried begging me to stay but my mind was made up, Tayo then came and joined her but I wasn’t moved neither. Urch came and all he said was; ‘Guy! I’m sorry I did it at your back but you and I know you didn’t love the girl, she was just a game to you and you were eventually going to break her heart sooner or later, the only girl that has lasted in your hand is Sandra and that was after you broke her heart too. Am sorry, I really am but I love Chidinma and she loves me too’ I felt the urge to throw a knife at him or better still just shoot him but I didn’t do or say nothing until Chidinma walked into the room; ‘Mi…Michael, am soo..Sorry’ she stuttered. I thought about what Urch said and realised he had some truth in his statement but I need to confirm something; ‘Is Urch saying the truth?” I asked Chidinma. ‘I.. I.” she stuttered. ‘I said do you love Urch?!” I raised my voice at her. She nodded in response and looked away. ‘so why didn’t you just tell me ?’ ‘I wanted to, I swear, I really wanted to several times but I just couldn’t and I don’t know why, am really sorry’. ‘Michael! We all are family! Please don’t let this small matter to spoil that’ Sandra said. Then Tayo said; ‘Bro! I get that you are angry but something’s are beyond our control. Just try and forget it, shît happens man’ As Tayo said the ‘shît happens’ I instantly remembered Queeneth, and all the nice things she had done for me, I just smiled and sat down on the bed. Sandra joined me and moved her hands round my shoulder saying; ‘Michael, please don’t go’ I looked at her in the face and saw she was at the verge of crying. I looked at Tayo and he too looked really sad, then I looked at Urch and he said he was sorry once again. Finally I looked at Chidinma, and although she wasn’t crying, her eyes were swollen and she looked really horrible as it was obvious she had been crying all night. I laid my back on the bed and closed my eyes then surprisingly, I don’t know why I said it but I said it anyway; ‘I’m not going anywhere again’ Sandra couldn’t control her excitement as she jumped on me and kissed me like she had longed to do it, I was taking by shock but I kissed her back anyway. I then whispered into her ears; ‘How about we give us another chance?’ She kissed me again and nodded shyly. ‘You broke my heart and even with the broken pieces, I still loved you but if you break my heart the second time, I’ll make sure I really break your head this time’ she replied out loud and everyone in the room bursted out in laughter. Tayo said, ‘It’s like this two love birds need some privacy, let leave them alone’. In between intimate kisses I stopped Sandra and said; ‘Tayo! Are you ready to settle down too?’ ‘Settle down ke? Maybe when am 50′ we all laughed out loud and I said; ‘don’t worry, I would introduce you to some on that would change that mentality of yours, she too believes that shîts happens. You guys would be the perfect match’ I replied him having Queeneth in mind. ‘let’s watch and see how it would turn out’ Tayo replied and they all left the room for Sandra and I to do what lovers do behind closed doors *wink*. ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; DATE: JUNE – 17 – 2013 TIME: 04:23PM (AFTER 1ST SEMESTER LAST PAPER. 300 LV.) VENUE: IN SCHOOL (UNIPORT, Abuja Campus), FRONT OF E.T.F LETURE HALL. ‘Hey dear,’ I said into the mouthpiece of my phone. ‘Hi love, how you doing,’ the caller replied. ‘Am cool, just finished my last paper.’ I replied and sighed. ‘wow, me too. Am thinking we should do something fun tonight,’ she replied. ‘You and fun sha, you too like flexing. What do you have in mind this time?’ She giggled, ‘ermm, let’s just go to the cinema then drop by Illusions club on our way back, Just us, Urch, Chidinma, Tayo and queeneth.’ ‘hmm, are you sure Tayo and Queeneth would want to go? You know those two love birds always have a different special plan for their selves.’ ‘leave that to me, I know how to handle them,’ Sandra replied laughing. ‘OK, am on my way home now.’ ‘Where exactly are you now?’ ‘Front of E.T.F hall’ ‘Ok, stay there Urch and I are coming with the car to pick you.’ ‘Ok, I’ll wait.’ ‘I love you dear.’ ‘I love you too,’ I replied and hung up. PS: Love isn’t complex, complicated, they love you or they don’t. Or they want to be with you or they don’t, it’s that simple. So no matter how far you run from it, it would always find you. THE END Its been a long bumpy ride and I can’t deny this story hasn’t been easy and with the longest episodes.
