My Cup Runeth Over By: Blake Whitley I am so glad I rub shoulders with people that love me in spite of where I have been, what I have done, or how much of an idiot I was in my decision making process! I know people that seem to glide through this journey we call life making minimal blunders along the way and seem to do it effortlessly. I am not such a person, as a younger man when I found myself at a fork in the road good decision making was not a top priority. I have to tell you that may have worked for me as a young man but that type of living comes at a price, a steep one. First of all let me say I was born into a family that knew what the phrase loving unconditional meant, I was often times the recipient of its dividends. I married way out of my league a woman whom defines me in two words grateful heart or maybe today thankful heart would plug in nicely here, we raised two kids both loving their dad (and mom) with every breath, and just for icing on the cake have friends and coworkers that treat me with such respect. Thankful??? My cup runeth over.
