My Dad was recently wrongfully arrested for kidnapping his son my younger brother William. My Dad is a 25 year veteran of the United States Navy. He has raised William as a single father Williams whole life. William is a honor roll student and superb football, baseball, and basketball player as a result of my Dads diligent parenting. In June of 2013 Williams mother and my Dad had come to a agreement regarding custody of William with my dad moving to Texas to start a restaurant. However she reneged on the agreement, lied to law enforcement and the courts; She had him arrested purely out of spite and removed William from the life he established here and contact with his family. Im writing this to raise awareness and support for a great father whose been failed by a broken system. -Terrance Harper
