My Day 283~Les Mills Pump Revolution. Over 800 reps.....Talk about a total body workout. I am going to feel it later. I am glad 8 did it. Honestly when the alarm went off this morning I was tempted to go back to sleep but I had to pee and once I was up there was no point in going back to bed so I got up and dressed and pushed play. As I was in the basement I heard the rain and the wind and I was happy to be inside. The weather is never an excuse for me.
