My EDM Predictions for 2015: Deep House & Tech House: Continue to their fast growing popularity trend. Progressive Trance: Staying the same, not growing nor shrinking. Psy-Trance: Rising! Techno: Is coming back! Hardstyle: Still growing, but expect some more mainstream influence to be coming soon. Hardcore: Attracting Hardstyle kids, growing some. Trap: Continues to suck and go back to being played at clubs, we should be seeing a small decline of this at EDM festivals. Electro House: Melbourne style tracks are becoming more common, expect some new complextro type music to come back sometime later this year. Big Room/Progressive House: Songs are being too common, people are losing interests and will be declining in popularity. Dubstep: Needs new artists and has potential, but not much going for this genre. Drum N Bass: Alive and kicking, we should see some trend swing in popularity. ~Qonquer
