My Father and I shared this modern classic as a favorite. My adored father, how you are missed. Its this time of year that you shined among men. Your generosity and your Christmas Cheer will never be forgotten. From your outside lights having to be faithfully red-green-green-red to the Christmas Portraits by candlelight. I know that this Christmas many of us will carry you in our hearts as we share this timeless moment with our loved ones or whatever Fate delivers us on that Blessed day. I realize this is an early tribute to Christmas for most but with the cold being upon us... my heart is starting to fill with the Spirit. I cant help but feel Thankful for all that I have in my life. I look at the past and cant feel anything but gratitude for the family I had. My parents did more than a phenomenal job raising their family and even through the worst of it I can say forgiveness was always around the corner. My father... always had a special place for Christmas and its because of him that Childlike Wonderment can still be in my thoughts even though it cant exist. This Christmas Ill be 42 and even though I have no kids of my own, it is my grown-up Christmas Wish that those best Christmas times are in your thoughts this year.
