My Fourth of July ended with a... husband jetting back to Vegas at midnight because of the fire behind Mt. Charleston, threatening their jobsite and heavy equipment. So he and a co-worker drove from Cedar to Vegas, up to the jobsite, and worked all night moving their heavies and shuttling back. God bless their 4 hours of sleep, many hours of dark, smoky, SAFE work, and SOON (?) returns back to their families.
