My French Green Clay Mask that I made using Frontier brand clay powder, bought from a local health food store. There are so many benefits to this face mask! One (for my scar especially) it helps with damaged skin, absorbed oil and dirt as well as tightens pores--yes!! Here is how I made this: 1. I added 3 teaspoons to a glass bowl. Research advises not to use plastic or metal as it could damage the clays natural benifits. 3. Add mineral water and let sit for 30 minutes to allow the water to soak up all the nutrients from the clay. 4. I added a few drops of Almond oil and then mixed until it was a paste like consistancy. 5. Put on and relax for 15 min and then lightly brush off with an exfoliating cloth. 6. Finish up with a rose water toner! I will be making one tomorrow!
