My Friday: Breakfast: 2 small persimmons and 20 honey date datoraid Lunch out with my uncle: large salad of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers with 2 oranges the diner sold from their counter. Snack: 9 honey dates Dinner: 2 large mangoes with 16 stalks celery. Then 90 minutes later a 30 honey date datoraid. I dont normally blend this much but I am in love with datoraid right now. Tastes like a creamy milkshake to me. Calories: 2216 93/4/3 Water: 4 liters, includes datoraid water Exercise: 30 minutes Pilates, 15 minutes yoga and walked 6 miles Sleep: 8 hours
