My Friend, my partner here at H 1&1 and most importantly my Brother takes a big step tomorrow morning. He gets to take a seat permanently in the front row of the greatest show on earth as he starts his first shift as a Fire Lieutenant. The next year will be most exciting and educational. I predict that he will be a different person and leader 12 months from now as he feels out what works and what doesnt. Hes also gonna have to figure out why all the truck guys seem to get the glory when its the engine guys who do the real work as alot of his time will be spent on an Engine Company.
