My Grandfather was Rev. Chester C. Grant Sr...and old Baptist preacher, My father Herbert Grant Sr. and three of his brothers served in WWII at the same time. I had five Brothers and Sisters. Four of us put on uniforms and served this country. Not only did my Sister serve, her husband and daughter served. I post this to say, I will never accept being treated as anything but a FIRST CLASS CITIZEN in this country. My family fought hard for, worked hard in, followed the rules, and try to live a decent life...We have never asked for handouts, but we certainly demand what we worked for. One of those things is RESPECT. I am proud of who I am. The culture in this great nation today is one of racial bias and disenfranchisement. All I ever want is what i have earned....Peace and Love
