My Home cockpit/flight simulator Just made it for the World Cup. Landing at the Santos Dumont airport in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil after a multi-leg journey from Accra. Rio is a beautiful city from the sky with skyscrapers hugging the coastline and mountains sticking out of the shoreline . The Plane is a single engine Cessna 172 and using gps navigation. The Cessna is a simpler plane to master and best for beginners. I have gone from missing the runway or overshooting it to a more stable flight. Taxiing is still not perfect. At the end of the runway is the sugar loaf mountain and up on the hills on the right is the iconic Christ is the redeemer Statute. Tomorrow after touring Rio I fly to Natal to be with the Black Stars.
