My Husband asked me to write something here for him because he wants an experience hes having to help others. DaniEl was suffering with some kind of (undiagnosed) skin disorder for about two years. It was so bad, I thought it was psoriasis, but the dermatologist said it wasnt. We never got a clear diagnosis of what it was. Even going totally Vegan didnt help him. One day I saw an article about a little girl who had had very bad eczema. She cut out gluten and, after a burst of the poisons rushing out of her system, her skin cleared up for the first time in her life. The photos 6 months after her stopping eating gluten were amazing. Her skin looked like baby skin. I told Dan about it and he agreed to try. Today, about 2 months after stopping eating gluten, his skin is much improved and continuing to improve. Gluten takes awhile to work out of the system because it is very gluey and a complex molecule. So, it takes time for the body to get it all out. But the improvement is remarkable and Dan wants others to know about this. Today, Dan said: Nothing helped until I stopped eating the gluten. I too have been getting off gluten. I was having some pain in my knees that seems to have improved. Please be wary of gluten free breads and other products on the market. They are often loaded with chemicals. Just stick with whole grains that dont have gluten in them. Quinoa and Millet are great.
