My Keller Williams Rant: 2 years ago to the day I received my real estate license. I interviewed most of the local companies before making my decision on where to hang my license. I decided on a very small (16 agents) company that was brand new to Sioux Falls. What I was seeking was a better life for my family and myself. What I found in KW was a company that was truly invested in their agents. What they offered in training, technology, commission and profit share was unparalleled. But more importantly they taught me to focus on what was most important to me: my God, my family and friends, and even myself. Fast forward 2 years. My family and I have become members of an amazing church in Celebrate. I get the chance to play with the praise & worship team quite often, and Kerry serves in the 3yr old room. Our children are learning the morals and values I was taught as a child. My business has exploded beyond any dreams or goals I had set for myself. I have a great team of agents that believe in lifting each other up and helping each of us achieve our goals. Rather than give me a fish to feed me now, KW taught me how to fish. They have given me the tools to feed my family for a lifetime. As a result, my finances have changed drastically. I have been able to take vacations of a lifetime with the woman I love and our beautiful children. One of the most important things I have gained is time. Time with my family. Time to enjoy everything in this life we have been blessed with. I now have a life by design. After the recent acquisition of HJN, Keller Williams Sioux Falls is now the largest real estate company in South Dakota. KW is also the largest real estate firm in all of North America. For those agents that chose to be a part of KW, I want to say welcome. I truly believe you have made the best decision of your life. I encourage you to embrace everything that is offered here. For the agents that have decided on a different company, I also want to say congratulations! I know you made the decision based on what was best for you. After all, that is ultimately our goal. True happiness is only achieved within. Finally, I want to say thank you to Tony & David Ratchford, Patrick Showers, and the rest of the KW family. You have changed my life exponentially, and for that I am forever grateful. I also want to extend an invitation to anyone who would like to know more about KW.
