My Kettlebell workout was outstanding today. Here is exactly what I did: 1.) Kettlebell Full Get Up - 5 sets x 1 rep each arm (10 total reps) w/ 32kg (70lb) KB ~ I find heavy KB Full Get Ups "therapeutic". They take incredible focus & control to do them properly. Every other KB exercise is ballistic. These are done nice & slow! 2.) 200 yard Double 24kg (53lb) KB Farmers Walk Great day! Time to EAT!
