My Letter to Mens Health USA. Its not me, Its You. Dear Mens - TopicsExpress

My Letter to Mens Health USA. Its not me, Its You. Dear Mens Health, Im sorry but your customer service representative Samantha replied too late. I just learned that I also dont have my December 2012 and January 2014 issues. According to your Customer Service Site, its indicated that my account (#1807X XXX) update suggests that the December 2013 and January 2014 issues were already delivered. But these issues are not there as of late. So, I have finally decided to cut/cancel/quit my subscription to your magazine today. Although your magazine is great, helpful, and informative, the changes that your editor in chief Mr. Bill Phillips wrote about probably did not include a continued smooth and healthy relationship with your subscribers. Customer Service with particulars to After Sales Support is probably not a big priority in your goals. I will most likely unlike your Facebook page and wont probably talk about or endorse your magazine. While I will continue to appreciate it in other ways, it will definitely be not by any means through subscription or monthly purchase. If people ask about subscriptions to you, I will definitely talk about how ludicrous your customer service support is with evidence and account of all screenshots and correspondence and the oftentimes absence of such. You should definitely consider an overhaul of your online customer service support BPO provider and your delivery service provider as well. Thank You and its disappointing that this has to end, but its best we part ways. Please see to it that my account is terminated and a prompt delivery of my magazines remaining be sent. I will also expect a formal notice of a full or partial refund (based on current magazines delivered for 2014) to my indicated account. Thank You
