My Lunch ... Shoulder Update ... I did 35 pull ups (singles) and the shoulder felt just fine!!! I also stepped up on the timbers. :) On 36th pull up, I felt a twinge .... and so I quit. Its now hours later and my shoulder still feels fine. Pull ups have been problematic and this is really really good news. Maybe this weekend Ill do multiples... #FingersCrossed ... Im STOKED!!! #ComebackTour :)
