My Nepalese friends were angry and upset when the Indian Prime - TopicsExpress

My Nepalese friends were angry and upset when the Indian Prime Minster visited Bhutan but ignored Nepal. They felt betrayed and jealous. I hope they are happy now. Nobody in Pakistan got upset, angry or jealous when Indian Prime Minister visited Bhutan and Nepal but ignored Pakistan. Do you know why????? Pakistanis do not give too much importance to Indian leaders. Pakistanis are not dependent on India for almost everything. Even when there is any earth quake, floods or any other natural disaster, Pakistanis gladly accept offer of help from any country in the world, but never accept any offer of help from India. Do you know why???? Pakistanis love their pride, dignity and prestige. I was shocked to learn that India paid all the bills to build the building of Bhutan Supreme Court in Bhutan. That creates an impression that Bhutan is so poor that it cannot even afford to build its Supreme Courts building, and that is why India came to help and gave money to Bhutan Government to build that building. My friends in Bhutan and Nepal need to understand the fact that they need national pride more than Indian Rupees. They need a friendship with India that does not involve Indian Rupees. How can my Nepalese and Bhutanese friends expect mutual respect and equal treatment if they receive tons of Indian Rupees from India? When Bhutan and Nepal will stop receiving financial assistance from India? When Bhutan and Nepal will get out of Indian influence? India forced Nepal to buy its outdated 50 military tanks and forced Nepal to pay almost the double price for those old and updated useless fifty tanks that no country in the world would even accept as free gifts. Is that called friendship?????? Many people do not call it friendship but call it Blackmailing. I appeal to the Government of Bhutan that it should let Americans open their embassy in Thimphu, Bhutan, and start improving relations between the United States and Bhutan, because the United States of America, can be a better friend to Bhutan than India. Nepal also should stop letting Indians tell them what to do and start improving friendly relations with the United States of America. The Governments of Bhutan and Nepal should take my advice seriously because I love both Bhutan and Nepal and I want to see the conditions of ordinary people in Nepal and Bhutan, improving.
