Taking the concept of social business into consideration, Zhong Meng Enterprise (ZME) through its “Moon Language Teaching Center” located at DOHS Mirpur has taken the initiative to teach Chinese Language to less educated persons for getting the job opportunities with reasonably higher salaries at different Chinese or other companies/ factories/ organizations located in Bangladesh. Interested participants from any part of Bangladesh would be encouraged to learn the same getting the residential facilities too. They would be taught Chinese language using appropriate Bengali and English explanations. Participants, after completion of their “Basic Chinese Language Course”, would be guided properly how and where to look for better jobs. If needed, they would be introduced to different organizations that may need such language qualified personnel. In the long run such qualified personnel would also be able to explore job opportunities in Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia or even in China. Participants would be collected, coordinated and managed by an Agent and grouped into two categories mentioned below: Group One: HSC/ Diploma/ Graduate in any subjects: For working as office executives. Group Two: Class Ten/ SSC/ HSC who are or wishes to be driver, security guard, cook, office/ house assistance etc in Chinese companies/ factories/ organizations. Duration: 48 hours teaching in 24 days in one go within a month (maximum 15 participants in one batch) Expenditures: Discounted tuition fee: Taka 10000 (while original fee is taka 15000), Residential accommodation & food cost: Taka 5000 and Agent/ Coordinator’s charge plus miscellaneous expenses for helping to get job opportunities: Taka 5000. Total: Taka 20,000/ person. However, it is expected that by spending this one time amount of Taka 20,000 qualified participants would be able to get job opportunity with increased salaries easily. More so, this amount may soon be recovered by higher range salaries.
