My PeePaw & Granddaddy are back safe in their home in Bolivia, NC. It was an evening that I will not soon forget and one that I am still pondering and reflecting upon. Spending over 5 hours in Rm #5 with my grandparents & the Presby hospital staff was an experience that deepened my gratitude for many people, for life, and for prayer. Your prayers & thoughts have been such an uplift to us all. Thank you for showing goodness. One of the things my PeePaw (my grandmother) kept saying last night from her hospital bed was, I am so glad that there are still good people in this crazy life. Do you hear me youngun? Good people. She was not aware of much last night, but she was aware of the good...and that made for some very nice and needed moments last evening/this morning.
