My Perspectives on next Leadership in Nigeria As we faces independence by February 2015. A limited set of major has emerged in both The North and The South. What is remarkable in retrospect is what they have in Common: Western Educated, Professionally trained, all relatively MODERN In outlook. They are sharply divided on tactics and particular ISSUES, Yet sharing a sense of one Nigeria within a highly controversial Federal system. Different perspectives co-exist as to the appropriate nature of Leadership within this context. In retrospect, Many Northern Participants in these Dramas seems to share common perspectives of the two major Southern Participants.
