My Prayer based upon today’s devotion - Paraphrased from Jesus Calling by Sarah Young – October 7 “So that I can hear Your Voice I must release ALL my worries into Your Care. I entrust to You everything that concerns me. Clear the way for me to seek Your Face and Your Face alone – unhindered. Free me from the fear that is hiding deep inside me. As I sit quietly in Your Presence I allow Your Light to soak into every part of me – drive out ANY darkness within me! Help me to accept each day as it comes to me – help me to remember that You are sovereign over my life. I rejoice in the day You have made. I trust that you are abundantly present in every part of it. I will not regret or resent the way things are. I will THANK YOU in all circumstances. I Trust You. I will not be fearful. I am not afraid. Thank You. I choose to REST in Your sovereignty.” In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
