My Quit Coach told me its time to go public! You know those losers that continue with bad health choices after a serious health issue? Well I was one of those losers! But I am happy to announce that I have not had a cigarette since Christmas day! After spending Christmas with my daughters and my grandsons I decided to make a conscious effort in finally laying down my Pall Mall Blacks!
