My Samsung S4 non-charging battery turned out to be more than just needing a replacement battery. New battery arrives after a week and the phone continues to discharge when charging.... gggrrrr. So I go back to my PCB Celestica Days Rick Porter - dig into the guts of the phone and remove the USB charge flex PCB board. Ordered a quality new PCB replacement for $10 from a supplier in Chicago - exact serial number match, waited another week for it to arrive. Rebuilt the phone this evening and it is as good as new!
