My Simple Tribute to a Stellar Talent.... I used to measure longevity by my friends lives and now my old friends are mostly all gone....Robin was one of my measures, too, I thought as long as Robin was around, I could go on...because he was the standard for what I considered the best humorous expression...In an obsessive kind of way, I took inventory of all those I considered my friends, and so few are now left, and this impoverishment of people and culture and charity keeps tearing away at the foundations of a life well lived that in every way I try to contribute to.....As long as memory prevails, they will all be with me forever in time and space....
